This Shipping Policy explains how Centralpar delivers orders placed on centralpar.com. It applies to the women’s dress and clothing catalog available in our store, including categories such as Casual Dresses, Maxi Dresses, and Swimwear.

Delivery estimate

Once an order is processed and handed to the carrier, typical delivery is 2026/07/24 (Fri) – 2026/07/26 (Sun). Busy periods, address corrections, or carrier delays may extend this window.

You will receive a confirmation email after checkout. Tracking information is sent when the shipment is created.

Order processing

• Orders are usually prepared for shipment after payment is confirmed.
• Items from different categories (for example a mini dress and a top) may ship together when inventory allows.
• If part of an order is delayed, we may ship available items first and follow with the remainder when ready.

Addresses & delivery attempts

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Packages returned as undeliverable because of an incorrect address may require a reshipment fee or a refund of merchandise only, depending on carrier status.

If a delivery attempt fails, follow the carrier’s hold or redelivery instructions using your tracking number.

Damaged or missing packages

If a package arrives damaged, or tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate it, contact us through the Contact form within a few days of the delivery scan. Include your order number, photos of damage when relevant, and the shipping address used.

Returns after delivery
